A customer has jobs, a job has invoices and tasks. You open all of them from the same place, on a phone or on a desktop.
Jobs on three levels
Project, subproject, component, each with a code, contracted value, deadline, owner and site address. Amounts roll up on their own to the main job.
Tasks with an owner and a deadline
With priority and comments, linked to a job or a customer. The technician sees them on a phone and ticks them off when done.
Invoices and e-Factura
Issue the invoice straight from the job, with gapless numbering. The XML file for Romanian e-Factura is generated from the invoice, and with Oblio connected it goes to the tax authority automatically.
Customers and suppliers
Company details fill themselves in from the tax ID, straight from the Romanian tax authority. Contact people, history and CSV export.
In the works, included at no extra cost when ready: quotes, stock by warehouse, expenses, contracts, reports.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
From €12 a month for the whole company, with unlimited users. The first 15 days are free and need no card.
What happens after the 15 days?
The account pauses until you choose a plan. Your data stays untouched, and once you subscribe you carry on where you left off.
Can I send invoices to Romanian e-Factura?
The app generates the XML file in the format the Romanian tax authority requires, which you upload to SPV. If you use Oblio, connect the account and invoices reach SPV automatically through it. Direct sending from squey.app is coming.
I already use Oblio. Do I have to give it up?
No. Connect your Oblio account and invoices issued in squey.app show up there as well; you can choose to use the Oblio series and numbers. Invoices made directly in Oblio are brought into squey.app daily, and your accountant keeps working in Oblio.
Can I work from a phone, in the field?
Yes. squey.app opens in the phone browser, with no app to install, and the screens were drawn for the phone first. You need an internet connection.
How many users can I add?
As many as you like, on every plan. The price stays the same however many people in the company use the app.
Is my data kept apart from other companies?
Yes. Every company has its own database. The customer and supplier list exports to CSV at any time.
